Yoga ( Mindful Stretching and Breathing), helps to regain freedom of movement as well as peace of mind. It is a process by which a loss in flexibility, range of motion and strength can be restored.

Pain and mental tension are addressed, unraveled or eliminated.

The Liberating Repose approach is accessible,  a combination of controlled effort and liberating ease. It is an atmosphere where you can relax and do what you need. The principles are  based on the time-tested Science of Yoga which promotes a greater sense of Wellbeing.

I am passionate and dedicated about helping people reduce pain, stress, reclaim flexibility, strength and range of motion through specific stretch routines. It is my desire to help clients feel better and move better.
